Mr. Peacock’s focus will be researching and drafting pleadings as well as following up in court. He will perform this function in family law cases, criminal cases, and personal injury matters.
Mr, Peacock will meet with new clients and thoroughly review their cases, analyse those cases with respect to how Nevada law applies to each issue in the case, draft motions, attend depositions when necessary, draft the needed Discovery in the case, and attend the Motion calendar hearings, Settlement conferences, Evidentiary hearings, and Trials. In short, he will assist experienced litigation attorney, Douglas C. Crawford, Esq. in almost all aspects of handling a large caseload in a highly successful litigation firm.
