The book provides twenty scientifically proven ways to lose weight and burn fat. Dr. David Malocco explains the five things we need to do: What to eat; What to drink; What not to eat; What not to drink; and What to do. He pretty much guarantees that if we abide by most of these rules, which are relatively easy, we will not only lose weight and burn fat but we won’t regain that weight.
The book is controversial in that the author actually advises us to eat more, that is, more often. He advocates that instead of eating three main meal a day, we should, in fact, eat six mini-meals. “The days of eating three substantial meals a day are well and truly gone. We simply don’t have the luxury to sit down to breakfast, lunch and dinner. We need to eat more often and eat better quality food.”
Dr. Malocco accepts that there are those who want to lose a particular amount of weight within a designated time frame and so he also provides us with four of the world’s best diets. Again, these four diets have been scientifically proven to work. He names them as the Paleo, Mediterranean, Low-Carb and Gluten Free diets. He provides us with simple meal planners and each diet comes with fifteen scrumptious recipes.
This is the author’s twentieth published book.
