UAE Exchange introduces dedicated customer service centre for Arabs

Technology can be replicated and so can the motifs but it is the quality of service to customers that differentiates one brand from the other.

Designed to better meet the evolving needs of a continuously growing Arab customer base, the new customer service centre will provide personalised assistance on any queries related to transactions, products or services. To bring further convenience to the Arab customers, the brand has deployed a dedicated team of Arab-speaking customer care executives. Arab customers residing in the UAE can also call on the customer service number – 600555550 – for any enquiries any day of the week. The customer service centre will also address all customer’s grievances.

This initiative comes to enhance the services provided to Arab customers via HAYAKOUM counters implanted in 17 selected branches in UAE, four branches each in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, three branches in Dubai, two branches in Ajman and one branch each in Umm al-Quwain and Ras al-Khaimah. The new centre is also present in Khorfakkan and Dibba.
